- We keep our costs to a minimum so that we can keep our own prices down and give you better value for money.
- As an owner managed business we do not clock off a 5 o clock. Applause Accountancy Services Limited is here to answer your queries when you need us, we understand most business owners only get chance to think about the paperwork when the kids are put to bed!
- Applause Accountancy Services Limited aims to get your accounts and tax results to you as quick as possible after your year end, giving you the information when you want it with no delays.
- At Applause Accountancy Services Limited we believe that accountancy fees should be treated in the same as all other business expenses; you should know exactly what you are paying, have no hidden charges, and be able to spread the cost over the year. This is why we have developed our simple awards payment plans (see our costs section), which allow you to select the level of service which is right for you, at a price that suits your budget.
Supporting the community and professional bodies:
At Applause Accountancy Services Limited we work closely with local charities to help support the community. Julie currently volunteers with The Citizen Advice Bureau Chester le Street and Young Enterprise North East.
Stephen is a member of one of the Chartered Institute of Taxation’s (the CIOT’s) technical committees and helps the CIOT respond to proposed changes to the law.
Applause Accountancy Services Limited also makes regular contributions to charitable causes. We are always looking for further ways to support the community, if you think that we can help support your charity please contact us.

At Applause Accountancy Services Limited we aim to support the environment. Whereever possible we encourage the use of electronic communication and we aim to use 100% recycled paper on all our correspondence.
